Omar Abdullah on Thursday thanked the Centre for granting ₹5,000 crore as additional assistance to Jammu and Kashmir. He expressed gratitude to Narendra Modi, Amit Shah and Nirmala Sitharaman for the support.
The Chief Minister’s Office shared the message on X. Abdullah said the funds will boost development in the Union Territory. He noted that it will help speed up infrastructure projects. He also said the assistance will improve public welfare across Jammu and Kashmir.
