Linking the event to his recent inauguration of the Common Central Secretariat (Kartavya Bhavan) under the Central Vista project, PM Modi underscored the government’s parallel commitment to delivering piped water to millions and providing homes to over 4 crore poor families through the PM-Awas Yojana. In a subtle political reference, he dismissed suggestions linking the tower name “Kosi” to Bihar elections, calling such associations “small-minded” and reiterating that the names reflect national unity.
