Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the 60th All India Conference of Director Generals and Inspector Generals of Police to be held in Raipur, Chhattisgarh on November 29 and 30.
The high-level annual conference, organised by the Intelligence Bureau, brings together top police leadership from across the country to discuss national security challenges, policing reforms, and strategies to strengthen law enforcement.
Senior officials from the Central Armed Police Forces, state police departments, and intelligence agencies will attend the two-day event. Key issues such as cyber security, counter-terrorism, border management, emerging technologies in policing, and internal security are expected to be discussed.
The Prime Minister is scheduled to review the presentations, interact with the officers, and outline the government’s priorities for strengthening India’s security framework.
This will be the first time Raipur hosts the prestigious national policing conference, marking an important moment for the state’s security establishment.
