Adding to this success, India became the fourth nation in the world to achieve a successful satellite docking in space—an essential breakthrough for future missions, including satellite servicing and the development of an independent space station.
Further fueling India’s space ambitions, the government has approved a ₹10 billion ($119 million) fund to support space startups, aiming to boost India’s stake in the global commercial space market by 2033.
