Kalpetta: NDA candidate Prashant Malavayal will file his nomination papers today. The nomination will be submitted before the returning officer at 12 noon. Gujarat MP Dhaval Patel will be present at the event.
Ahead of the filing, a roadshow will be held from the Kalpetta new bus stand area. Hundreds of party workers are expected to take part.
Several BJP leaders will attend the programme. These include state office bearers Saji Shankar and K. Sadanandan, district general secretaries T.M. Subeesh and M.B. Sukumaran, and district vice president Aroda Ramachandran. Mandal presidents Sivadasan Vinayaka and C.A. Babu will also be present along with other party workers.
