Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani has added a new crown jewel to his fleet with the purchase of a Boeing 737 Max 9 luxury private jet, valued at an impressive ₹1,000 crore (approximately $120 million). This acquisition makes it the most expensive private jet in India. Known for its state-of-the-art features and unmatched luxury, the jet is designed to meet Ambani’s high-flying business needs, offering more than 9 hours of flying time and a range of 6,200 kilometers, perfect for long-distance travel.

The jet’s interior, crafted to resemble a flying palace, boasts lavish amenities, with the interiors alone costing over ₹100 crore. Ambani’s latest purchase continues to grow his fleet of private jets, which includes the Airbus A319, Bombardier Global 5000, and multiple helicopters. After a 9-hour delivery journey, the jet arrived in India on August 27, 2024, and is currently stationed at Delhi Airport, soon to be transferred to Mumbai.
