Narendra Modi on Sunday urged citizens to remain united and avoid rumours amid global tensions during his monthly Mann Ki Baat address. He highlighted the impact of ongoing conflicts, especially in West Asia, on energy supplies and said India is taking steps to protect citizens from the fallout.
Modi cautioned against politicising the situation and appealed to people to rely only on official information. He also emphasised public participation in nation-building, citing initiatives like the Gyan Bharatam survey to preserve cultural heritage.
The Prime Minister praised youth involvement, sporting achievements, and grassroots efforts in water conservation, renewable energy, and fisheries. He said collective efforts and innovation at the community level are key to overcoming challenges and driving the country’s development.
