The case revolves around allegations that Netflix’s documentary, “Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairytale,” used unauthorized footage from the 2015 film “Naanum Rowdy Dhaan”, produced by Dhanush.
Wunderbar Films has filed a ₹10 crore lawsuit against Netflix for alleged copyright infringement, seeking compensation for damages. The court has scheduled further hearings for February 5, where it will consider Wunderbar Films’ request for an interim injunction against Netflix and other involved parties.
