A Kerala-based researcher has introduced an innovative board game, “Go with the Flo,” aimed at breaking the silence surrounding menstruation and encouraging open discussions on menstrual health. The game requires a minimum of two players or two teams of three, ensuring everyone gets the chance to answer questions from a comprehensive question bank.
Designed to educate, the game covers the biological, socio-cultural, and psychological aspects of the menstrual cycle. It allows players to challenge myths, dispel stereotypes, and create a more informed and supportive environment for menstruators, particularly young people.
