Kerala Police Boosts Cybersecurity with Advanced Security Operations Centre (SOC)

Thiruvananthapuram: In a major step towards strengthening cybersecurity, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan inaugurated the Advanced Cybersecurity Operations Centre (SOC) of the Kerala Police Cyber Division through video conferencing.

The newly launched SOC aims to enhance the state’s capability to counter cyber threats, detect online crimes, and improve digital security measures. Equipped with cutting-edge technology and real-time monitoring capabilities, the centre will play a crucial role in tackling cybercrimes, data breaches, and digital fraud.

During the inauguration, CM Pinarayi Vijayan emphasized the importance of advanced cybersecurity infrastructure in today’s digital era and reiterated the government’s commitment to ensuring a safe and secure cyber environment for citizens.
