Thiruvananthapuram: The clock is ticking for students seeking Plus One (Class 11) admission in Kerala for the academic year 2025–26. Online applications must be submitted by 5 PM on May 20 via the official Higher Secondary admission portal, hscap.kerala.gov.in. This includes both general higher secondary schools and model residential schools.
The trial allotment list will be released on May 24 at 4 PM, giving applicants a preview of potential admissions. The first allotment will follow on June 2, with second and third rounds on June 10 and June 16, respectively. Classes are scheduled to begin on June 18, and the admission process will wrap up with supplementary allotments by July 23.
To apply, students must create a Candidate Login through the “CREATE CANDIDATE LOGIN – SWS” link on the portal. All application steps, from submission to final admission, are handled through this platform.
Admissions to six Model Residential Higher Secondary Schools under the Scheduled Caste Development Department will also be managed through this unified single-window system.
