The Kerala High Court has denied anticipatory bail to BJP leader PC George in a hate speech case, where he allegedly made inflammatory remarks against the Muslim community during a televised program.
Justice PV Kunhikrishnan, while rejecting George’s plea, observed that his statements could incite communal disharmony, reinforcing the court’s stance on strict action against hate speech.
