In a significant political shift, Kerala Congress (Democratic) has announced its merger with the Trinamool Congress (TMC), citing dissatisfaction with the NDA. Party chairman Saji Manjakadambil stated that the decision was driven by the persistent neglect of crucial issues affecting Kerala, particularly the increasing wildlife attacks and declining rubber prices.
