Prime Minister Narendra Modi has praised India’s dynamic youth for being the backbone of the nation’s remarkable progress across multiple sectors. He credited their energy, innovation, and talent as the key drivers of India’s success on the global stage.
Emphasizing the government’s vision, PM Modi highlighted the commitment to fostering innovation and creating ample opportunities for young minds, particularly in emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). He underscored India’s dedication to becoming a global leader in AI, with a focus on empowering the youth through technology and innovation.
The Prime Minister also shed light on the transformative development witnessed in the North-Eastern regions over the past decade. He noted significant improvements in infrastructure, job creation, and a notable reduction in violence, facilitated by the partial removal of the Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) from select areas.
To further amplify the potential of young Indians, the government introduced ‘Mera Yuva Bharat’ (MY Bharat) on October 31, 2023. This autonomous initiative, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, aims to provide equal access to opportunities and promote youth-led initiatives, aligning with the vision of a developed India by 2047.
