Jitendra Singh on Friday said India must get accustomed to being led by women, stressing the need for a shift in male mindset. Speaking at an event organised by Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India, he highlighted the growing role of women across sectors.
Singh said the increasing recognition of women achievers reflects their expanding presence in leadership positions. He added that while women are advancing in various fields, men must be willing to accept and support women in leadership roles.
