Thrissur: The Bharatiya Janata Party formally launched its campaign for the Thrissur Assembly constituency with a grassroots outreach programme led by BJP National President Shri Nitin Nabin. The campaign began with the inauguration of election wall writing at Booth No. 164 in Ollukkara, signalling the start of the party’s election activities at the booth level.
The event was attended by State BJP President Rajeev Chandrasekhar, State General Secretary A. S. Suresh, State Secretary M. V. Gopakumar, Advocate Jaya Sooryan, District President Justin Jacob, and District General Secretaries Adv. K. R. Hari and P. K. Babu. Several district leaders and party workers, including Sudheesh Menothuparambil, Vijayan Meprath, Dr. V. Athira, Councillor Mumtaz Thaha, Abins, Vibin Ainikkunnathu, Surendran Ainikkunnathu, Manu Pallath, Booth President Kannan T. K., and Area President Ashwani Ajayan, also participated, underscoring the party’s focus on strengthening its organisational presence ahead of the elections.
