Bengaluru: In a massive five-hour crackdown, Bengaluru traffic police registered 1,757 cases of traffic violations, raking in ₹88 lakh in fines. The special operation targeted common offenses like reckless driving, signal jumping, and other violations, focusing on high-traffic areas across the city.
During the checks, police also recovered a stolen bike, underscoring the thoroughness of the operation. Officials said that similar drives will continue, sending a strong message to drivers to follow traffic rules.
