Amit Shah Set to Kickstart BJP’s ‘Kerala Mission 2025’ During Visit to Thiruvananthapuram

Thiruvananthapuram: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will land in Thiruvananthapuram on July 11 at 10 PM, ahead of the official launch of the BJP’s local body election campaign in Kerala.

On July 12, Shah will inaugurate the new BJP state headquarters in the capital, followed by his keynote address at a massive ward-level leadership meeting at Putharikandam Maidan. It is at this gathering that he will unveil “Kerala Mission 2025”, the party’s roadmap to expand its grassroots presence and gain momentum ahead of the 2025 panchayat and municipal elections.

The event will bring together 5,000 BJP ward representatives from Alappuzha, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, and Thiruvananthapuram, while the remaining districts will join virtually through panchayat-level gatherings.

Following his public engagements, Shah will leave the capital by 4 PM, stop at Kannur to visit the Taliparamba Rajarajeshwara Temple, and return to Delhi the same night.

The high-profile visit signals the BJP’s renewed political focus on Kerala, marking a strategic push to energize the party’s grassroots network and make significant inroads in the state’s local governance structure.
