Triple Low-Pressure Threat Looms: Kerala Braces for Heavy Rains After September 25

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala is set to witness another spell of intense monsoon showers before the season withdraws. Weather experts have warned of three low-pressure systems likely to form over the Bay of Bengal within the next 10 days, which could trigger widespread rainfall across the state.

While the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has not issued any rain alerts for districts today, scattered showers are expected in isolated regions. The rains are predicted to intensify from Thursday, with a significant surge after September 25.
