PM Modi Highlights India’s Digital Milestones, Shares Scindia’s Vision for Future Tech Leadership

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has shared an article by Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, celebrating India’s rapid strides in affordable broadband, UPI-based digital payments, and digital governance, which are now being recognized as global benchmarks. In his remarks, PM Modi stressed that India is preparing to lead the next wave of innovation in 5G, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and cybersecurity, setting new standards for the world.

Scindia’s article underscored how initiatives like Digital India, Skill India, Make in India, and Startup India have accelerated the nation’s digital transformation, fueling innovation and self-reliance. A key highlight is BSNL’s strategic collaborations with global tech giants—Ericsson, Qualcomm, Cisco, and Nokia—to revolutionize digital skills training. BSNL’s Jabalpur-based premier institute BRBRAITT will anchor this effort with a 5G Centre of Excellence, AI and 5G courses, cybersecurity training, and an AI-ML lab, empowering youth and cementing India’s position as a telecom innovation hub.

This integrated push reflects India’s commitment to nurturing talent, boosting digital readiness, and shaping the future of global technology.
