New Delhi: Agrinnovate India Ltd. held its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and 71st Board Meeting in New Delhi on September 24, 2026.
On the occasion, the company facilitated the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) between the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and three industry partners — Pidilite Industries Ltd., Venkateshwara Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd. and Everest Instruments Pvt. Ltd.
The partnerships aim to leverage corporate CSR support for public-benefit initiatives in agriculture and allied sectors.
The event was attended by Dr M. L. Jat, Director General, ICAR and Chairman of Agrinnovate India Ltd.; Shri Gyanendra Tripathi, Secretary, ICAR and Vice-Chairman; Shri Sandeep Sarkar, Financial Advisor, ICAR; Dr Praveen Malik, CEO, Agrinnovate India Ltd.; board members and senior ICAR officials.
