New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday expressed delight at the enthusiasm shown by young people in Uzbekistan ahead of his visit to the country.
Sharing a video on X that featured Uzbek youths expressing their excitement over his upcoming visit, Modi said he was particularly touched to see them communicate so beautifully in Hindi.
“As I am about to begin my Uzbekistan visit, I am very happy to see the enthusiasm of my young friends from Uzbekistan, beautifully expressed in this video,” the Prime Minister said.
He added that the gesture was even more special because the youngsters had expressed themselves in Hindi and done so exceptionally well.
Modi is scheduled to visit Uzbekistan as part of his two-nation tour from August 29 to September 1.
