Thiruvananthapuram: Gold prices in Kerala increased by ₹75 per gram on thursday, pushing the rate of 22-carat (916) gold to ₹13,230 per gram.
The price of 8 grams (one sovereign) of 22-carat gold now stands at ₹1,05,840, reflecting the latest rise in the bullion market.
Meanwhile, 18-carat gold is priced at ₹10,870 per gram, with 8 grams costing ₹86,960.
Silver prices remained unchanged at ₹235 per gram, while 8 grams of silver is priced at ₹1,880.
