Thrissur: Gold prices in Kerala witnessed a sharp decline on today, with the price of 22-carat (916) gold falling by ₹125 per gram.
Following the drop, the price of 22-carat gold stands at ₹13,315 per gram and ₹1,06,520 per eight grams.
The price of 18-carat gold is ₹11,000 per gram and ₹88,000 per eight grams.
Meanwhile, silver is priced at ₹245 per gram and ₹1,960 per eight grams.
The decline in gold prices comes after recent fluctuations in the bullion market, offering some relief to jewellery buyers.
