Gold prices in Kerala registered a slight decline on Monday, with the price of 22-carat gold falling by ₹10 per gram compared to the previous day.
Following the revision, the price of 22-carat (916) gold stands at ₹13,440 per gram, while an 8-gram sovereign is priced at ₹1,07,520.
The price of 18-carat gold is ₹11,105 per gram, taking the rate for 8 grams to ₹88,840.
Meanwhile, silver is being sold at ₹245 per gram, with the price of 8 grams fixed at ₹1,960.
Jewellery traders said gold prices continue to fluctuate in line with movements in international bullion markets and currency exchange rates.
