Jagan Mohan Reddy, chief of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP), said the defeat of the Women’s Reservation Bill in the Lok Sabha has delivered justice neither to South India nor to women.The Constitution Amendment Bill, which proposed reservation for women in legislatures from 2029 and an increase in Lok Sabha seats, was defeated in the Lower House on Friday.
