NDA candidate P Shyam Raj on Monday filed his nomination papers from the Mananthavady constituency, accompanied by party workers and leaders.
Shyam Raj submitted his nomination following a demonstration held from the Erumatheruvu area, which saw the participation of supporters and local leaders.
Senior leader Palliyara Raman was present on the occasion. Among others who attended were ST Morcha state president Mukundan Palliyara, K Mohandas, and Palakkad region Prabhari Saji Shankar.
The nomination filing was marked by visible party mobilisation, with the NDA aiming to strengthen its presence in the constituency ahead of the elections.
