Renowned NASA astronaut Sunita Williams will be among the distinguished participants at the Kerala Literature Festival (KLF), scheduled to be held in Kozhikode from January 22 to 25, organisers have announced.
One of Asia’s largest literary gatherings, the Kerala Literature Festival will bring together influential voices from across literature, art, science, culture, and public life. Sunita Williams’ participation is expected to add a strong scientific and inspirational dimension to the event, offering audiences a rare opportunity to engage with one of the world’s most celebrated space explorers.
The festival will feature panel discussions, talks, and interactive sessions with writers, thinkers, artists, scientists, and public intellectuals from India and abroad. With its diverse lineup, KLF aims to foster dialogue on contemporary ideas, creativity, and societal challenges.
Organisers said Sunita Williams’ presence underscores the festival’s growing global stature and its commitment to bridging disciplines by bringing science and space exploration into conversation with literature and culture.
