Thiruvananthapuram: Anuraj (22), a local of Muttakkavu in Kunnathukal in Thiruvananthapuram, was detained by police for reportedly breaking into a home and attempting to molest a woman. The 28-year-old woman was with her children when the incident occurred.
She called out to her neighbours and screamed for assistance. When neighbours arrived on the scene, the accused tried to flee.
Locals, however, caught him and gave him to the authorities.
