Apparently two guys shot and killed a 55-year-old man as he was walking home from his farm in Jharoda, southwest of Delhi, according to police on Monday.
Both suspects have been apprehended, according to police, and are currently being questioned in order to determine the reason for the murders.
Azad Singh, who later died, argued with the two guys while they were sitting near the field before starting his evening journey back home. Then, according to the police, they reportedly shot him in the head.
The culprits were named as Praveen and Naveen by Deputy Commissioner of Police (Dwarka) M Harsha Vardhan.
They were arrested for murder, the police added, and a locally made pistol was taken from them.
