On Friday, Rinku Dhaka, the brother of late BJP leader and actor Sonali Phogat, refuted claims that Gopal Kanda, a state legislator from Haryana, had anything to do with Sonali’s passing.
In response to a question from reporters on Gopal Kanda’s apparent involvement in the situation, Rinku responded, “No, there is nothing like that.Sonali Phogat, 42, was pronounced dead on Tuesday morning at the St Anthony Hospital in Anjuna, North Goa.
Initial claims that she had died of heart arrest were disputed by her family.
Her brother Rinku Dhaka reported her assistant Sudhir Sangwan and his buddy Sukhwinder to the Goa Police on suspicion of raping and killing his sister.”Phogat’s PA raped her after adding narcotics to her meals,” according to Mr. Dhaka. Additionally, he asserted that the actress was taken to Goa as part of a plot even though she had no intention of going there.
“She had no intention of visiting Goa. She was brought in accordance with a pre-arranged plot. There was no filming. Only two days’ worth of reservations were made for two hotel rooms. Although rooms were only reserved for August 21–22, filming was scheduled for August 24, “Dhaka stated.
Following Mr. Dhaka’s accusation, more sources suggested Gopal Kanda was assisting Sangwan and Sukhwinder. However, Mr. Dhaka refuted the charge in a media interview in Haryana on Friday.
In Goa, a post-mortem was performed on Sonali Phogat, and according to Rinku Dhaka, the results revealed four injuries and poison as the cause of death.”

“Two people are the targets of a murder case that has been filed at the Anjuna Police Station. The situation is still being investigated. The involvement of her PA and another individual was mentioned by the deceased’s brother. In 1-2 hours, a postmortem report is anticipated.
