The Dutch performed a complete masterclass over the course of 90 minutes, with Denzel Dumfries providing two assists. They took a 1-0 lead thanks to a goal from Memphis Depay in the 10th minute, and Daley Blind made it 2-0 just before halftime.
The Netherlands will compete against either Argentina or Australia to go to the tournament’s semifinals.
