PM’s visit to Kerala; Traffic curbs in and around the airport

Traffic restrictions were put in place in the Kaladi and airport districts on September 1 and in and around the airport on September 2 in connection with the Prime Minister’s visit. From 5 pm until 8 pm, there are restrictions in place at the airport’s Kaladi sector. From 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., there are traffic restrictions in and around the airport. As a result, anyone travelling should get to the airport early.

Kerala will host the Prime Minister for two days. On Thursday at 6:00 PM, the Prime Minister will go to Kaladi’s Sri Adi Shankara Janmabhoomi Temple. The Prime Minister will present the nation with INS Vikrant, an aircraft carrier for the Indian Navy that was produced domestically. The new Indian Navy flag will also be raised by the prime minister.

According to the Prime Minister’s Office, the navy’s new flag aims to shed its colonial past and honor India’s rich maritime tradition.
