MK Stalin, the chief minister of Tamil Nadu, and Pinarayi Vijayan, the chief minister, will meet. The conference will take place this evening in Kovalam, Thiruvananthapuram. There will be representatives there, including the Chief Secretary.
The gathering will include interstate issues and water agreements. Shiruvani and Mullaperiyar will also be covered. To attend the Council of Southern States, MK Stalin travels in Thiruvananthapuram.
