The inaugural flight touched down on Thursday at Mopa, Goa’s brand-new Manohar Parrikar International Airport. Music and flowers were presented to passengers arriving in Goa from Hyderabad on this Indigo flight.
Following this, flights departed from Goa’s civil airport. Earlier, the naval airfield served as the primary hub for all aircraft. Today at 9:00 am, an Indigo flight touched down at Manohar airport. North Goa is where Mopa is situated. Both Goa’s Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte and Union Minister Shripad Naik attended the event. At the brand-new terminal, he gave the travellers a warm welcome.
