The High Court will mandate that school curricula incorporate prevention of sexual abuse. The state education department and CBSE were given instructions in this regard by the High Court. Justice Bachu Kurian Thomas issued the significant ruling.

The High Court mandated that the plan be created in accordance with the pupils’ ages. The syllabus needs to be ready in two months. The court recommended setting up an expert group and using the Erin’s Law in America as an example. The order further said that this might be implemented as a general rule while still incorporating sex education as a subject.
