“Keep Coffin Ready”: Threat Over Kerala RSS Worker’s Murder Probe

Sreenivasan, a worker for the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), was allegedly murdered, and the investigating officer said that he had been receiving threat calls.
The caller warned him that his inquiry had caused problems for them and that he would suffer the repercussions before departing Palakkad, according to the complaint made by the investigating officer, the police said.

He requested that a casket be prepared, according to the police.

A complaint has been made to the Palakkad-Town South police station based on his statement. It is important to note that 34 people have been arrested on suspicion of the murder of an RSS worker so far, and they are all connected to the Popular Front of India (PFI).

Sreenivasan, an employee of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) was killed by a knife on April 16, one day after (PFI) leader Subair was killed in Palakkad, Kerala in front of his father. On April 15, a popular front worker named Subair was hacked to death in the Elupply Plakakd area. On April 16, Sreenivasan, a former RSS employee, was killed in reprisal. To look into two cases, police have organised special investigation teams, which are being led by ADGP law and order.

Notably, the Popular Front of India has recently been subject to a 5-year ban by the Central Government (PFI). The declaration was made by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), which recently declared “the PFI and its partners, affiliates, or fronts as an unlawful association with immediate effect.”

The restriction was extended to PFI as well as its other fronts, such as Rehab India Foundation (RIF).

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) both received information that indicated that “the PFI has been generating and collecting large monies from overseas in a well-organized and systematic manner.”

The Central Agencies also learned that “PFI was raising monies abroad and transferring them to India through clandestine and illegal means”
