This year, Emirates will install a robotic check-in system in airports. According to an Emirates representative, the technology, called Sara, will speak at least six languages and assist with everything from check-in to hotel reservations.
Ade Redha noted that travellers’ needs were continually expanding. The airport is the same, though. With technology, we hope to provide superior client service.
The automated check-in system was created by Emirates in association with its partners and was entirely made in the country. During the next two years, more than 200 of these devices will be operational in airports all throughout the city, according to Redha.
