Cyrus Mistry dies in car accident

Cyrus Mistry, a former chairman of Tata Sons, perishes in an automobile accident. On the route linking Mumbai and Ahmedabad, the accident happened. This afternoon is when the accident occurred.

While driving through the bridge in Palgad over the Surya River, Mistry’s car was involved in an accident. The driver reportedly suffered significant injuries. There were reportedly four people in the car, including Mistry. Mistry was riding in a Mercedes that had been entirely wrecked.

Mistry, Tata Sons’ sixth chairman, was fired in October 2016. After Ratan Tata announced his retirement in December 2012, he was named Chairman of Tata Sons. N Chandrasekharan succeeded Cyrus Mistry as executive chairman of Tata Sons.
