AIFF president election today

The All India Football Federation president is up for election today. Former India captain Baichung Bhutia expressed optimism about winning the election. He works to improve Indian football. He clarified he’s vying for it.

Bhutia claimed that he is attempting to repay football for all that it has done for him. spoke with every state association. Each reaction was excellent. Bhutia added that he has notified the state associations that he will offer them the required financial and technical assistance.

Bhutia has already made up its mind to run for president. For this, he also submitted nomination papers. Later, the election was delayed by the Supreme Court.

It was assumed that Bhutia would not run since the Electoral College had changed. Bhutia made the decision to run again after learning that state associations intended to offer a biassed panel with Kalyan Chaubey as the president. The Andhra Football Association put up Bhutia’s nomination. The Rajasthan Football Association has been on his corner.

Another Kashmiri Pandit shot and killed by terrorists in most recent targeted murder

A Kashmiri Pandit was shot dead by terrorists in the Shopian area on Saturday, according to officials, in yet another case of targeted murder. They claimed that Puran Krishan Bhat was attacked close to his home in the Chowdhary Gund neighbourhood in the south Kashmir district and that after being taken to a Shopian hospital, doctors confirmed Mr. Bhat dead. They stated that a search has been started to find the culprits and that the area has been closed off. According to a relative, Mr. Bhat is the parent of two school-age children: a girl who is in class 7 and a younger boy who is in class 5.  “He used to stay inside and didn’t even leave his home. We are terrified “Added he. This happened just a few months after militants shot and killed another Kashmiri Pandit in an apple orchard in the Shopian area.  The shooting also injured his sibling.  Sunil Kumar was the victim’s name.  In the assault on August 16, his brother Pintu Kumar sustained injuries. The “Kashmir Freedom Fighters,” a branch of Al Badr, claimed responsibility for the August attack in a statement that said the Pandit brothers had been targeted for enticing people to participate in the “Tiranga rallies” leading up to Independence Day festivities. Sources claimed at the time that the government was preparing for more similar violence based on information provided by the nation’s premier intelligence-sharing organisation, the “Multi-Agency Centre.” A senior officer in the Home Ministry then stated, “There are regular inputs which suggest that a significant amount of small arms and ammunition has been smuggled from across the border, and it’s a clear indicator that such targeted killing and isolated cases of grenade throwing will see an increase in the coming days.” Since October of last year, a number of targeted killings have occurred in Kashmir.  Migrant labourers and Kashmiri Pandits have made up a large portion of the victims.  Seven civilians were killed in five days in October of last year, including two migrant Hindus, a Sikh, and a Kashmiri Pandit. Rahul Bhat, 36, a Kashmiri Pandit who earned a government position as part of a package for the community that was compelled to abandon the Valley during the wave of militancy in the 1990s, was shot and killed by terrorists in Budgam’s tehsildar’s office in May. The minority community protested in large numbers as a result of the tragedy.  Kashmiri Pandits organised protests during which they sang anti-government chants and questioned whether the government had brought them back to the Valley to be slaughtered.
